On Thursday 12th February, eight pupils from Years 3 and 4 proudly represented our school at the Milton Keynes Annual Swimming Gala.

They competed against 18 other schools from across Milton Keynes in what proved to be a highly competitive and exciting event. Our swimmers took part in the 25m breaststroke, backstroke and freestyle races, demonstrating great determination, resilience and team spirit throughout the gala.

The overall standard of competition was exceptionally high, with the top three schools fielding teams largely made up of academy swimmers. Although we are still awaiting confirmation of the final standings, we believe our team placed around the middle of the table, a fantastic achievement given the strength of the competition. We are especially proud that three of our eight swimmers are in Year 3. The experience they have gained this year will undoubtedly strengthen our team even further next year.
