Last Friday, 3.7.26, 16 children proudly represented CHPS at the Buckinghamshire County Athletics Final. They competed against 15 other schools from across the county, all of whom had qualified by winning their local athletics events.

Every child took part in four challenging events: the 600m, 75m sprint, long jump and vortex throw. Throughout the day, they demonstrated outstanding determination, resilience and teamwork, pushing themselves to achieve their very best in every event.

Their hard work, commitment and positive attitude paid off as CHPS secured an incredible 3rd place, making us the 3rd best primary school athletics team in Buckinghamshire!

We are immensely proud of every single athlete. They represented our school with fantastic sportsmanship, supported one another throughout the competition and should all be extremely proud of this outstanding achievement. Well done, Team CHPS!
