Our Year 6 classrooms are diving into the world of physical computing with the BBC micro:bit this half-term.

So far, the children have successfully programmed digital dice with multiple-side numbers, created fortune-tellers using the built-in accelerometer and engineered clicker counters to track everything from laps on the field to house points.

As we move through the unit, the children will be designing and coding their very own wearable fitness gadgets.
