On Wednesday 24.6.26, nine Year 5 and 6 children travelled to Loughton School to take part in the first round of the Rounders League.

The team played brilliantly across all four games, showing great teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship. They won their first game against Chestnuts School 9-2, drew their second game 4-4 against Watling, narrowly lost their third game to Fairfields 5½-5, and finished strongly with a 6-2 victory against Loughton School.

A big thank you to Maria for stepping in on the day due to absences. You played really well and fitted into the team straight away! Well done to everyone involved — a fantastic start to the league!
